I wish.....

that I could stay home all day with my Ryan - every day
that I owned my own home
that I could be on stage somewhere
that I can make Ryan as happy as he makes me
that I were more willing to try new things (food wise)
that I was closer to my dad
that I could convince myself that I take on entirely too much
                   -full time student (15 hours)
                   -teaching 8 dance classes a week (ballet and jazz)
                   -20 hours at work (administrative assistant to VP of Sales & Marketing)
                   -full time mommy
                   -and the various other commitments I tend to make
that I could touch the stars
that I could play in an orchestra somewhere for fun 
that I had 25 hours in my day

Just a few thoughts.

Bahar - question.  What in your life do you not have control over? That's the question that I had to stop and ask myself.  When I found the answer, I could focus on that instead of hurting myself.  Also... there are problems and there are circumstances.  The problems are things we can fix - things we can do something about.  Circumstances are just the opposite.  There isn't anything we can do - all we can control is how we react and respond to the circumstances.  Hope this makes sense. I love you.

I'm going to the Motorcycle Rally next weekend in Mississippi.  Josh Gracin will be there and I will meet him. =) If anyone wants to join me, lemme know! Road trip. I've heard its just amazing.

So Vidhi got into Law School at American in Washington D.C.!!! I'm SOO happy for her! But she won't be here for my birthday! boo hoo.  Oh well, I'm still happy for her.

btw - my birthday is August 22nd, I'll be 21. Remember it better by the first day of school - blah.

I'm such an old almost 21 year old. I'll get a wind about 2 or 3 times a year when I feel like going out or something like that.  Otherwise, I want to be at home watching Ryan play or watching a movie. Hmmm.

Secrets - everyone has them. Here's one of mine:  I watch the cooking channel - a lot.
